If you can't make it...
Saturday morning was beautiful! I was to do a sunset shoot with friends that afternoon and was really hopeful of getting some nice golden sunflare shots. Unfortunately, by the time we got going, the grey clouds had stormed over and the light was shocking. Not only did this mean that I had to open my lens and up my iso more than I would have liked, but the whole shoot was more gloomy than happy. This is why I love actions - with a mix from florabella and coffeeandtea I was able to resurrect the shoot. Here's my favourite before and after example. Not bad, hey?

Being laid up today has given me opportunity to sort through some of my recent shots. Here's a few from a week with family during our holiday at Myall Lakes last week. I love getting the opportunity to take photos of people's kids, sort of like a gift for them.

Had an operation yesterday (vasovasostomy in fact), that has me laid low for a few days so I trawled through and reprocessed a couple of pics of CJ - son of some close friends of mine. Hope you like.
